A high school loner is given the part-time job of a lifetime as a modern-day ninja tasked with carrying out international assassinations. After World War II, Allied Command in Japan developed a new agency to help deal with terrorism and violence in the Pacific region. The agency had a staff of ninjas and they were initially tasked with handling household affairs. Eventually the program developed into what it is now, managing 20,000 ninjas in various domestic and international affairs. One of the ninjas was Kudo. The seventeen-year-old high school loser is now poised to become the next line of defense against a potential surge of foreign assassins invading Tokyo.
